Brazil Eyes Third Reactor
From the AP : Brazil's energy council on Monday recommended the country resume construction of its third nuclear power plant. The National Energy Policy Council will send its recommendation to President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who will make a final decision on whether to restart work on the plant, said interim Mines and Energy Minister Nelson Hubner. There is no timetable for Silva's decision...
