This initial issuance of NRO-REG-100, “Acceptance Review Process for Design Certification and Combined License Applications,” provides guidance for the NRC staff to determine the completeness and technical sufficiency of a design certification or combined license application during the acceptance review process. Updates and revisions will be made based on experience with this initial version.
